Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
All shipped Merchandise from Whole Perfumes can be returned for a refund. Please follow the instructions below for return and refund.
* Contact WHOLE PERFUMES at firstname.lastname@example.org, to receive an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number for the return merchandise and for the Address to return the merchandise.
* Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt and must be UNOPENED,UNUSED and in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
* For damaged or wrong Shipment, Please Contact us within 48 hours of receipt to submit a claim.
* Buyer is responsible for Return Shipping Costs.
* We do not refund the Shipping & Handling Charges paid for the order.
* A 20% restocking fee of the price will be assessed to all refused and returned products if they are not in condition as they are shipped.
* Same policies apply to all International Returns and Refunds.
